Nabaa Ali is a Speech, Language and Swallowing Pathologist at Q Enrichment Center.  Ms. Ali is currently in the process of obtaining her license from the Dubai Health Authority.  Ms. Ali is from the United States and has a Certificate of Clinical Competency with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).  Ms. Ali is also a member of ASHA and the Texas Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Ms. Ali has over five (5) years of experience working in the US.  Ms. Ali’s clinical experience includes providing services to individuals from infancy to senior citizens, and she possesses specialist knowledge, clinical experience for the following: Swallowing disorders, Apraxia of speech, Articulation/Phonological disorders, Language disorders, speech/language delay, Stuttering/stammering, Aphasia, Dysarthria, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Cognitive impairments, Tracheostomies, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Disorder / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Down Syndrome.

Ms. Ali also has experience with neurological and progressive disorders including Parkinson’s, Dementia and Multiple Sclerosis.

Prior to joining Q Enrichment Center in January 2019, Ms. Ali was with Houston Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas, USA for approximately three (3) and a half years.  While working at Houston Methodist Hospital, Ms. Ali also worked at TIRR Memorial Hermann in Houston, Texas, USA for over one (1) year.  Prior to Houston Methodist and TIRR Memorial Hermann, Ms. Ali was with Reliant Rehabilitation in Houston, Texas, USA for approximately two (2) and a half years.

Ms. Ali attended multiple conferences in the U.S. including the annual conference held by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and annual state conferences organized by the Texas Speech-Language and Hearing Association.  These conferences focused on educating and addressing ongoing evidence-based treatments in the field of Speech Pathology.

Ms. Ali received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Houston in 2009.  Ms. Ali also completed a Master of Science in Speech- Language Pathology from the Texas Woman’s University in 2013.
