Nicolette Louw, who prefers to be called Nicky, is a seasoned pediatric Senior Speech, Language & Hearing Therapist at Q Enrichment Center.  Originally from South Africa, Nicky brings over twenty-eight (28) years of experience in therapy and training.  She has led and mentored multidisciplinary teams for over two decades and is passionate about delivering effective, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

Nicky’s clinical practice spans diverse environments, including schools and clinics, and she currently works with children across both settings.  She has successfully managed a private practice, coordinated therapy centers, and spearheaded professional training programs.  Her telehealth experience includes servicing clients in China, Zambia, and locally within the UAE.

Prior to joining Q Enrichment Center in June 2025, Nicky was employed as a Speech, Language & Hearing Therapist by:

• KidsFirst Medical Center in Dubai, UAE.
• TLC Interventions in Johannesburg, South Africa for three (3) years.
• Private Practice, in Johannesburg, South Africa for twenty-one (21) years, two (2) of those years while with TLC Interventions.
• The Reid Child Support Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa for five (5) years.

Nicky received her Bachelors in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1996.
